Metal Parts Inspection and Maintenance

Trampoline steel construction, stairs and walkways connection bolts should be checked periodically, loosened bolts should be tightened and strengthened (every 20 days).

The welds of the zigzag irons to which the springs are attached should be checked for ruptures or breaks (every 30 days).
The welds of the pools where the strut profiles are installed on the foot should be checked, and the welding control of the stop under the pool should be checked. (Every 30 days)
Trampoline feet should press the ground evenly, the feet that remain in the air should be equalised by placing support under them (every 20 days).
The ground on which the trampoline is installed; flat, concrete, etc. If it is not a ground, support should be placed under the feet (before each installation).
Paint blisters caused by impacts and friction on painted materials should be prevented from rusting by applying touch-up paint (every 30 days).

Spring Control

The springs in the trampoline should be checked periodically, and the spring that is displaced should be replaced. (daily)
Broken and opened springs should be replaced with a spare. (daily)
The springs should be cleaned when mould or oxidation occurs (every 20 days).

Jump Net Inspection and Maintenance

The broken ropes should be tied to each other as in the form of a braid and tied by passing through the apparatus and knitting up to the broken rope again. (daily)
When there are breaks from the twist wires in the rope in the jump net, the broken twists should be repaired by adding the broken twists. (daily)
Opened locks of locked apparatus should be closed again, broken locked apparatus should be replaced with a spare (every 7 days).

Control and Maintenance of Trampoline Tarpaulins

Cushions that slip out of place on the trampoline must be replaced (2 per day).
The tarpaulin cushions on the trampoline should be checked periodically, the untied and broken ones of the columns underneath should be tied, and the capsules on the tarpaulin should be repaired in case of dislocation and tearing.(Every 7 days)
In case of opening the velcro on the tarpaulin, damage to the material should be prevented by gluing. (daily)
Openings, tears and rips in the canvas seams should be repaired (every 7 days).

Control and maintenance of the perimeter protection network

Tears and ruptures in the perimeter protection net should be repaired by knitting (every 20 days).
7 days after the trampoline perimeter net is installed, the connections of the lower and upper clamps of the net should be reconnected by stretching with rope.
The upper clamps to which the perimeter net is connected should be checked (every 20 days)
Check the upper and lower connection ropes of the perimeter protection net (every 7 days)

Cleaning

Jumping nets on the trampoline can be cleaned once a month by wiping with detergent water and brush.
Trampoline tarpaulins should be cleaned by wiping with detergent cloth in weekly periods. (It should be cleaned separately when necessary)

End of Season

Trampoline jumping nets can be folded at the end of the season, tied tightly and put into the net and washed in the washing machine at 40° ~ 60°.
Trampoline environmental protection net can be washed with pressurised water.
In order to prevent oxidation and rust on the springs, they should be dried and packed.
Steel construction paint touch-ups should be done, welds of zigzag irons should be checked and packaged.
Welding controls of strut and top fitting irons should be made, breakages and breaks should be repaired and packaged.
The sponges inside the tarpaulins should be removed, dried, aired for two days and packed.
When the colour of the tarpaulins fades, they can be turned upside down and made ready for the next season.
