FLOOR TRAMBOLINE MAINTENANCE and USE
Metal Parts Inspection and Maintenance
Trampoline steel construction should be checked periodically (every 15 days).
The cover hinges of the pool-shaped galvanised case should be checked (once a week).
Are the rubber tiles of the floor trampoline deformed, if so, the authorised person should be informed (once a week)
The pit area where the trampoline will be installed must be prepared in accordance with the measurements in advance (before each installation).
Paint blisters caused by impacts and friction on painted materials should be prevented from rusting by applying touch-up paint (every 30 days).
Spring Control
The springs in the trampoline should be checked periodically, and the spring that is displaced should be replaced. (daily)
Broken and opened springs should be replaced with a spare. (daily)
The springs should be cleaned when mould or oxidation occurs (every 20 days).
Jump Net Inspection and Maintenance
The jumping net made of bergamite B70 material with injection printing should be checked and the broken ones should be replaced. Get support from the supplier for replacement (daily)
In the event of a breakage of the wire rope twisting wires in the rope of the jumping net, the authorised person should be contacted immediately. (daily)
Opened locks of locked apparatus should be closed again, broken locked apparatus should be replaced with a spare (every 7 days).
The jumping net made of column reinforced with steel rope should be checked and replaced if there are tears and/or breaks. Get support from the supplier for replacement. (daily)
